I’m a writer and a teacher. I live in Birmingham, Alabama, with my wife and three kids and a house full of books. Sometimes it’s hard to find the kids under all the books.

I edit a print-only zine called Good Work.

I am the co-founder of a children’s publishing company called Little Word.
